Working together as your auctioneer, we’ll have a kick-off call where I’ll get to know your mission, goals and donor base. Our x40 minute kick-off call will cover:

  • Your event and fundraising goals

  • Previous event successes and learnings

  • Event design and run-of-show best practice

  • Auction ideas and introductions to consignment companies (where suitable)

  • Key talking points for the auction and paddle raise

  • Plan for the next call where we will dive deeper into the run of show to make the event smooth sailing

I can also promote your gala to my audience and create pre-event video content for your social media.

Fundraising Time

On the big day, I bring my best as your auctioneer - facilitating the live auction and pledge drive with energy, humor and warmth. I arrive to the event super early to get prepared. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Mingling with your donor base

  • A live auction that captivates the audience and encourages generosity

  • A heartfelt, authentic paddle raise
